Classic Graphics Seeks President to Oversee Triangle Division

East Rutherford, N.J. – Classic Graphics, Inc. of Charlotte, N.C., has launched a nationwide search for President of its Triangle Division in Research Triangle Park, N.C. The position includes oversight for all the division’s operations, as well as responsibility for its new business development, and leadership in creating a sales-driven organization and a team atmosphere where sales and production work together to exceed customer expectations.

"We are seeking a strong executive who will be able to assume leadership of our Triangle Division right now, and guide it through the next stages of its growth and development to meet the changing needs of our customers," says Classic Graphics President and Co-Owner David Pitts. "This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone who brings the right combination of expertise, intelligence, vision, and enthusiasm to the position."

"Our industry and our company are far different than they were when David and I founded Classic three decades ago," says Co-Owner Bill Gardner. "We want a leader who is as excited as we are about the potential that change offers, and who has the skills and abilities to harness it for continued company growth and development at our Triangle Division. We are anticipating rapid growth in the Triangle market over the near term." Classic Graphics, an NAPL Management Plus Hall of Fame company, has sales of $60 million annually with the Triangle Division currently accounting for about $11 million.

"We are looking for an executive who will align the Triangle culture with the culture of the company’s primary Charlotte operations, move the Triangle sales team away from transactional sales, and work closely with sales to develop a relationship with the unit’s key customers," adds Pitts. "And we expect the president to create a production environment that totally supports the sales efforts, set high expectations for production, and embrace the Lean manufacturing concept."
