ImPress Systems Introduces Auto Position Option for Foil Xpress On Demand Digital Foil Printer

Press release from the issuing company

CHELMSFORD, MA — ImPress Systems, Inc. announced today the introduction of an auto positioning option for Foil Xpress. This new version of Foil Xpress will transfer an 8” (203 mm) x 10” (254 mm) custom foil print onto leather, vinyl, plastic, and paper items – including book covers and finished books (such as photo books, planners and diaries), photographs and photo mats, portfolios, presentation and report covers, novelties and ad specialty items.  This new option is ideal for personalizing an entire book cover – automatically. Foil printing unique information on the cover of a thesis paper is now even easier and more cost effective.  It will also print on the spine of those same covers.

“We have used our 14 years of experience to make our successful Foil Xpress digital foil printer even better,” said Stephen L. Aroneo, president. “Our new auto positioning option for Foil Xpress is one more example of the innovative products designed and manufactured in the United States by ImPress Systems.”

Configured as compact, desktop printers, the ImPress Systems line of digital foil printers, including Cyclone, Force I0, and Force I0L, and Foil Xpress, significantly reduce the direct and indirect costs of printing by eliminating costly set-up time, as well as the dies, screens, clichés, inks, and solvents used in traditional printing methods. These systems are cost effective for long, short, and personalized runs and apply any computer-generated text and graphics instantly. Versatile, quiet, and environmentally friendly, they are safe, easy-to-use, and produce sharp, durable one-of-a-kind impressions – on demand.
