GOA Partners with PrintMediaCentr for Designer Networking Zone

Press release from the issuing company

Newest show feature brings designers and production professionals together, offering an engaging networking experience like no other

Orlando, FL -  Graphics of the Americas Expo & Conference (GOA) today announces that it has partnered with PrintMediaCentr to bring an all-new, interactive design-centric zone right to the show floor. Designers can here experience cutting-edge marketing technology, thought-provoking speakers and panels, and inspiring print and design ideas.

Produced annually by the Printing Association of Florida, and now in its 38th year, GOA is held February 21-23, 2013, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

George Ryan, GOA President, says, "Every year, hundreds of designers make the pilgrimage to GOA and the Digital Classroom Live! -- formerly the cre8 conference - to re-connect and re-energize by together learning, and experiencing first-hand, the latest news and technology from the experts.

"This year, we're stepping up the designer experience on the show floor with the introduction of the PrintMediaCentr, co-located in our popular Expo Theater. Our goal is to continue to expand our reach for attendees from all disciplines; and the PrintMediaCentr here answers the call by putting creative professionals right in the middle of the print and production action."

New on the GOA Show Floor!
In its inaugural year, PrintMediaCentr brings its action-packed, fun-filled networking zone live to the expo floor. Attendees can see, firsthand, the use of print-based marketing technology - such as iPR, Augmented Reality, and QR Codes; listen to an array of speakers and panels; and more.

Print samples from numerous sources will be displayed, to inspire attendees with endless possibilities in print and design.

Deborah Corn, PrintMediaCentr Principal, says, "I am thrilled to be working with GOA to create this dynamic space, where the design, print and paper community can come together to learn from each other and network. Our goal is to inspire the attendees with amazing print and design samples, provide information on how to create amazing print, and of course have a little fun along the way!"

PrintMediaCentr will also present a special, not-to-be-missed, crowd-sourced mural on February 23, compiled from local students' work. Further details to follow. Visitors can visit the PrintMediaCenter in the GOA Expo Theatre booth #371.
