Northumbrian Water Renews Contract with Opus Trust Marketing

Northumbrian Water has renewed their contract with Opus Trust Marketing for a second term following a competitive tender process.
The contract will see Opus Trust Marketing continue to print and mail all customer communications, including letters, bills and statements, to Northumbrian Water and Essex and Suffolk Water's 4.4 million customers.
A spokesperson from Northumbrian Water said: "After a thorough tender exercise which compared price and quality, we have awarded Opus Trust Marketing the contract for a second term. Our evaluation criteria were based on best value for money, reliability, security, pro-active implementation of new technology and evidence of business processes that deliver innovative solutions."
Linda Scott, Opus Trust Marketing CEO said: "We are delighted that Northumbrian Water has decided to continue outsourcing their customer communications to us. The decision not only reflects the level of service we have delivered in the past but also the research and development we have put into improving and innovating our print and electronic communication solutions for the future."
