Enfocus Appoints Tom Hackett as Product Specialist

Ghent, Belgium - Enfocus announces the appointment of Tom Hackett, an experienced prepress analyst with high-level workflow understanding, to its North American support group as Product Specialist. Based in New Jersey, USA, Hackett reports directly to Enfocus Quality Assurance and Support Manager, Carine Bastiaen, here at Ghent headquarters.

As workflow manager for the former AGT/Seven through its acquisition by Schawk and his work with C2Media over a 20 year span; Hackett's proficiency in the range of workflow brands and the full spectrum of related configurations made him the ultimate "go-to" technology expert at the aforementioned companies.
"If I haven't seen a problem before, then I'll want to have a go at it and figure it out," says Hackett. "I've always respected Enfocus for its innovative, first class development and excellent customer relations philosophy.

While at AGT/Seven/Schawk and C2Media, Hackett was asked to work with many of the largest software companies on the development and implementation of their products. These companies included Adobe, Enfocus, Esko, OneVision, and Quark. Hackett was frequently called upon to use his analytical skills to scrutinize company and client needs, as well as conceptualize innovative solutions. He managed several projects that resulted in increased revenue and reduced costs.
