Digital Printing Association Schedules March Planning Meeting

Press release from the issuing company

Los Angeles, CA – The Digital Printing Association (DPA) will meet for the first time March 19-21 at the Castle Press, Pasadena, CA. The group is inviting digital printers and commercial printers with digital equipment regardless of vendor or technology from the U.S. and Canada to participate and form peer groups. There is no registration charge for the meeting. Printers are invited to register at www.xdpa.org. The peer group concept, based loosely on the highly regarded TEC (The Executive Committee) formula, is that no matter what equipment a business is running, digital printing challenges and workflows are similar. Therefore personal interaction among executives provides enormous value. DPA President David Tobman, Automation Printing, Los Angeles, says, “ The groups we form will be of printers with similar focus but in different geographic marketplaces or, if they are in the same marketplace, then printers with specialties that do not compete directly. The idea is to put together small groups of companies that will meet three or four times a year at each other’s shops. DPA will also have a conference that includes everyone.” For further information contact Noel Jeffrey at 866-257-0732 (toll free) or [email protected].
