Marci Kinter, SGIA’s vice president of government and business information, is in Dusseldorf, Germany this week, for the HP Eco Leadership Forum, hosted by Drupa. Much progress has been made toward building a more sustainable future for the printing industry, but significant challenges remain, and HP has assembled a panel of experts, of which Kinter is a part, to tackle these issues.
“Sustainability is becoming increasingly critical to the future success of printing business around the world, and even to the future of the printing industry itself,” Kinter explained.
The HP Eco Leadership Forum features two sessions examining how the printing industry can develop a common understanding of what sustainability means, as well as considering how environmental performance can be improved across the industry. Kinter will be speaking at both sessions:
- Sharing Knowledge Across the Supply Chain — Saturday, May 5, at 3:45 pm
- Improving Environmental Performance — Tuesday, May 8, at 3:45 pm
