Ariva Announces FoilJet Digital Print Media

Press release from the issuing company

Ariva, North America’s premier source of innovative business communication solutions, today announced the introduction of its new Ariva FoilJet line of digital printing media. This innovative substrate features a coated, reflective foil surface that adds a new dimension of excitement to a variety of printed materials, easily and cost-effectively.

Designed specifically for digital printing applications, Ariva FoilJet features an attractive metalized substrate, making it ideal for a range of applications — from direct mailers and retail signs that command attention to labels, tags, tickets, memberships cards, and more. Printers are only limited by their imagination.

Ariva FoilJet delivers superior performance on leading digital printing platforms. It has been tested and certified for use with HP Indigo Digital Press 5500 and 7000 series presses, ensuring trouble-free printing.

Press-ready and non-static, Ariva FoilJet offers excellent toner adhesion and rub resistance. It uses a non-flammable primer with no solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It has a one-year shelf life and will not yellow, absorb moisture or become tacky, for easy storage. It is available 12” x 18” sheets in both 10 point and 12 point.

“At Ariva , we understand that printers are looking for new solutions for generating revenue and setting their service apart. New Ariva FoilJet substrates open up new creative possibilities that give printers and their customers a competitive edge,” said Mark Shaneyfelt, Vice President of Marketing. “It’s another example of Ariva’s commitment to delivering innovative digital printing solutions that meet our customers’ changing needs.”
