GammTech Corporation, designers, manufacturers, and rebuilders of stacking, conveying, and trimming equipment for the commercial printing and newspaper industries, has named Mario Banci as the new National Customer Service Manager. Banci, who most recently was responsible for customer service at IMC America, will head up GammTech’s technical support team, which includes responsibility for coordinating installation activities.  Prior to his time at IMC, Banci was the National Service Manager at Gammerler Corporation for over 13 years.

“As our installation base continued to grow in 2011 and the 1 st quarter of 2012, it became increasingly apparent that we needed to bring some additional technical ‘horsepower’ to the team if we wanted to keep pace with the customer expectations we’ve created in terms of quick-response and knowledgeable resource depth”, said CEO Gunter Gammerler. “Mario’s years of post-press experience and his welldeserved reputation in the industry made him a natural choice for GammTech. I couldn’t be more pleased that he’s agreed to join our team”.

Banci lives in York, PA with his wife and son.
