Visual Magnetics Adds Three New Direct Sales Channels in Europe

Press release from the issuing company

Visual Magnetics® (@VisualMagnetics), developer of the revolutionary Visual Magnetics Graphic System™ that matches magnetic-receptive technologies with high-quality print media, today announced the addition of three direct sales channels in Europe, further demonstrating the company’s commitment to continued growth and expansion in European markets.

Visual Magnetics previously announced that it had opened a distribution center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and appointed industry veteran Martin van Golen as its business development manager for Europe. Now, under Van Golen’s leadership, the company has entered into distribution agreements with Dicavesa in Spain, DuraVision Magnetics, Ltd. in The Netherlands, and Maximedia in Poland. Van Golen will continue to build a network of certified printers and distribution sales channels, while increasing Visual Magnetics sales support capabilities across Europe.

Founded in 1963, Dicavesa is an industry leader in the print and signage supplies market. It distributes specialty media for digital large-format printing across Spain.

DuraVision Magnetics Ltd. is a Dutch company founded to support the needs of retail customers. Jeroen van Dortmont, the managing director of DuraVision Magnetics Ltd., has an extensive background in print and signage and recognized the need in the Benelux for a magnetic graphic system. Under the terms of the agreement, DuraVision will offer Visual Magnetics Graphics System through targeted printers to a range of major brands in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Maximedia, a Poland-based company, sells media for large-format printing, as well as printing machines and other devices connected with the printed media process.

“Visual Magnetics’ magnetic-receptive technology is truly unlike anything else on the market today and retailers across the globe stand to significantly benefit from using it to create more dynamic and customized in-store experiences,” said Joe Deetz, president of Visual Magnetics. “Our partners at Dicavesa, DuraVision Magnetics, and Maximedia recognize the value of offering solutions that allow for the creation of high-quality graphics that can be changed out in a matter of seconds at a fraction of the cost and hassle of traditional signage. We are excited to work with these new sales channels to make Visual Magnetics’ products more readily available throughout Europe, and we look forward to continuing our international growth.”

Visual Magnetics will be displaying its Visual Magnetics Graphic System in booth 2846 at ISA taking place in Orlando, Florida from March 22-24, 2012.
