Johnson & Quin Appoints New Executive Vice President

Tuesday, March 20, 2012

Press release from the issuing company

Johnson & Quin, a recognized name in full-service integrated marketing solutions and production services, today announced the promotion of Bob Arkema to executive vice president. With a competent team of senior managers reporting to him, Arkema will be responsible for helping steer the strategic direction of the Niles-based company from its reputation as a leader in print and direct mail production to being a catalyst in multichannel marketing solutions. He will guide the growth of Johnson and Quin’s service offerings to provide its clients the ability to create stronger customer relationships in every aspect of their direct marketing programs.

Discussing his vision for the company, Arkema stated, “Johnson & Quin has been providing quality full-service direct mail production to clients nationwide for more than 135 years. The ability to adapt to changing market demands and stay in front of evolving production trends has always been integral to our success. I look forward to helping further advance the growth of Johnson & Quin by working with all of our departments as we develop and deliver integrated marketing solutions that foster customer loyalty and drive sales for our clients.”

Arkema is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. He began his career in sales working for several well-known industry organizations developing new business opportunities and implementing their direct marketing campaigns. Working with Johnson & Quin from 1990 through 1998, then returning in 2004, Arkema quickly moved into management and his most recent role was serving Johnson & Quin in the role of vice president. As part of this role, he was responsible for the production and management of the company’s entire direct mail business including sales, IT, account management and production.

In a statement from Johnson & Quin’s President, David Henkel, “Bob has provided key leadership in the execution of our integrated marketing solutions roadmap which has helped position our company for future growth. He has a proven record of innovation in direct marketing and has been instrumental in addressing client and industry needs. I am delighted to announce his well-earned position.”
