Quark Unveils WIRED UK as Digital Magazine of the Year

Quark and The Digital Magazine Awards 2011 are delighted to announce WIRED UK as Magazine of the Year. WIRED was awarded Magazine of the Year after winning in the Tech and Gadget category and with editor David Rowan winning Editor of the Year 2011.

Digital magazines from 18 countries were named as finalists in 16 categories. Magazines receiving awards included T3, British Vogue, Food Network Magazine, The New Yorker, and Astronaut Magazine.

Sponsored by Quark, the Digital Magazine Awards were judged by luminaries from the digital publishing industry including Quark’s Vice President of Marketing Gavin Drake; CNN International Digital’s Vice President and General Manager, Peter Bale; The New York Times’ Multimedia Producer, Tanzina Vega; and Thomson Reuters’ (China) Chairman, David Schlesinger.
