Presstek Announces First Sale of Presstek 75DI in Europe/Africa/Middle East Region

Fifth 75DI Order Supports Viability of Presstek Growth Strategy Targeting Geographic Expansion, Larger Printing Companies

GREENWICH, CT, Presstek, Inc., a leading supplier of digital offset printing solutions to the printing and communications industries, today announced that a Presstek 75DI 5-color digital offset press has been sold in the Europe/Africa/Middle East Region for installation in the 4th quarter of 2011.

The Presstek 75DI is a highly automated 29" digital offset press that is available in 4- to 10-color configurations. It has a full range of productivity enhancing options, including an inline aqueous coater. The 75DI features support for 300 lpi and FM screening, 6-minute job-to-job turnover (including on-press plate imaging), and a small environmental footprint. The press prints up to 16,000 sheets per hour.
