RR Donnelley Awarded Multi-Year Print Management Agreement by Herbalife

Comprehensive Agreement Includes Management, Production and Consultation Services for Catalogs, Magazines, Commercial Printing, Digital Printing, Forms, Labels, Event Marketing Materials and Related Services

CHICAGO, – R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company today announced that it has been awarded a multi-year print management agreement by Herbalife, a global nutrition company.

Under the terms of the agreement RR Donnelley will coordinate the production of a comprehensive array of products, including catalogs, magazines, commercial and digital printing, forms, labels and event marketing materials. RR Donnelley will provide an on-site team that will use the company's proprietary Print Management system to deliver cost compression and improved ROI. The agreement will draw on RR Donnelley's international production and related services platform. The tools will help support Herbalife's global branding efforts with consistent messaging and quality tools for its independent distributors who do business in 76 countries.
