Color Services has expanded it’s considerable operation by adding two new, state-of-the-art UV printers from Teckwin USA.  The first of its additions is the revolutionary TeckPro UV3200 Industrial strength roll-to-roll printer.

The TeckPro UV 3200 is the latest release from Teckwin - featuring a 133” wide dedicated roll-to-roll printer for high speed printing onto flexible substrates. Offering speeds up to 900 ft2/hour.  Standard ink mode is fast 6 dual CMYK; options include light cyan and light magenta.

After successful installation of their TeckPro UV3200 – Color Services soon followed up with the purchase of the equally impressive 5x10 flatbed – the TS-600.  “We needed a strong, fast, high quality printer that could produce the quality we’ve become famous for as well as meet the demanding pace we face and the TS-600 and TeckPro UV3200 have done this for us” exclaims, General Manager, Ariel Minguez.

The TS-600 The TS Series machine is the successor to the hugely popular TeckStorm series of dedicated flatbed printers, and see a speed increase of up to 75% - now offering production mode speeds up to 900 ft2/hour. Standard ink mode is CMYKIcIm + White and Teckwin's industry noted, white ink management system is built into the core of the TS Series.

Teckwin's latest releases have a real focus on increased print speed whilst maintaining print quality. The great benefit of the latest UV Curable printing technology from Teckwin is not only the speed at which the machines can physically print, but more importantly the flow on effects to your workflow-no dry time, no post curing or "out gassing" - in fact prints can be taken directly off the printers and sent directly to the next stage of production. With the addition of these two new machines - Color Service has taken over the UV demand in the Los Angeles area!  Color Service provides complete offset and digital printing including custom packaging and POP Displays, lithographic services, and graphic design services.
