Strategy Development to speak and exhibit at the BTA Mid-America "Gateway to Success"

Bryn Mawr, PA - Strategy Development, a leading management consulting and advanced sales training firm, will be exhibiting at BTA's Mid-America "Gateway to Success" Event in St. Louis, Missouri on May 3-4. The event will feature five compelling education sessions, one of which will be led by Mike Woodard, Strategy Development Service Consultant. The event will also afford BTA members and non-members the opportunity to learn about the products and services of 24 exhibiting sponsors and plenty of networking opportunities including a trip to Busch Stadium to watch the Florida Marlins take on the St. Louis Cardinals from a private suite in the stadium.
Woodard will be presenting an education session entitled "Service Productivity, Efficiency & Effectiveness" on Thursday, May 4. Attendees will learn how to examine their field technicians' effectiveness and efficiency. They will find out how much their service department may be spending on "re-work" and what measures are necessary to improve the quality of work and deliver 52% plus service GP.

Upon completion of the courses, dealers will have the tools they need to implement an MPS program or grow solutions sales or improve service margins.
