Mail-Gard increases inserting capacity by 70%

Press release from the issuing company

Warminster, Pa. - To meet growing demand, Mail-Gard, a division of IWCO Direct and one of the nation's leading providers of critical communications recovery solutions, has increased its total inserting capacity by 70% with the installation of three Pitney Bowes 21-station, APS inserters at its Warminster, Pa. facility.

The inserters are capable of producing more than 20,000 envelopes per hour and are equipped with document tracking capabilities. With the installation, Mail-Gard meaningfully expands its inserting capability and capacity to support critical communications recovery programs. The document tracking technology, which is a vital component to critical communications recovery operations, provides greater quality control and drives even greater accuracy of multiple-page mailings.

"Our customers will benefit from the increased speed, capacity, and tracking capabilities of these new inserters," said Jerry Montella, vice president of Mail-Gard. "As critical communications recovery needs continue to advance, we are committed to investing in technology to support our customers and lead the industry."
