New literature now available for ODM Super Sticker

Press release from the issuing company

New literature is now available on ODM's Super Sticker (casing-in) machine. The Super Sticker has been engineered for automation. It's simple to operate, self-adjusting and requires no special skills or make ready.  Designed for high volume hard cover bookbinding production. The operator just places the outside covers on the incoming conveyor belt, sewn book block on the wing (while in the home position) and finished, cased-in hard cover books are delivered on the outgoing conveyor belt. This cost effective, casing-in machine can produce up to 400 to 600 books per hour (minimum size: 4" x 6" x 1/32"; maximum: 12" x 14" x 2").

The Super Sticker features an easy-to-use multi-language touch screen LCD control panel that allows the operator to format book size and removable glue stations for fast and easy clean up.

An optional Nordson extra paste attachment is available for additional hot melt adhesive in the joint area. An auto-feed attachment is also available for seamless assembly line production with ODM's Super Smasher, a high volume building-in machine.
