Carol G. Campagnolo Named Senior VP at Schawk

Des Plaines, IL - Schawk, Inc., a leading provider of brand point management services enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with consumers to create deeper brand affinity, announced today that it has appointed Carol G. Campagnolo to the position of senior vice president of human resources, responsible for overseeing all human resources activities including HR strategy and planning, global talent initiatives, leadership development and employee engagement.

Commenting on the appointment, David A. Schawk, president and chief executive officer, stated, "Carol is a seasoned global human resources executive with outstanding leadership, team-building, and change management skills. We look forward to working with her to create a world-class global talent management program that enhances Schawk's ability to deliver brand point management as a fully integrated global services organization."

Campagnolo has built a strong reputation for human resources excellence over the past 19 years. She has helped global organizations create talent-focused practices and programs that benefit employees, clients and stakeholders. Campagnolo has a proven ability to lead, develop and execute initiatives that focus on performance through employee engagement.

Campagnolo comes to Schawk from AON Consulting Worldwide, where she served as vice president of global human resources. While there, she played a leading role in the development and execution of AON's global talent management platform, helping build culture around the employee and client experience. Prior to this, Campagnolo was vice president of recruiting, learning, development and diversity at AON where she enhanced the applicant, candidate and new hire experience and led the creation of the firm's early career program and leadership curriculum.

Campagnolo holds a graduate degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a B.S. in Public Administration from Indiana University.
