Gröbenzell, Germany – PrintCity members Cofely, Eltosch, manroland, M-real, Sappi, Sun Chemical, UPM and Weilburger Graphics are presenting a Sheetfed Printing & Packaging all day seminar in Warsaw, Poland, on November 18.

This PrintCity Alliance event on Benefits and Technologies for Value Added Printing will be moderated by ?wiat Druku, the magazine for the printing world in Poland.

Under the PrintCity Alliance headline PRINT: LEAN.GREEN.SEEN. these companies will discuss Value Added Printing and Packaging applications.

The new PrintCity Value Added Packaging (VAPack) project will be presented for the first time in Europe. VAPack will be a focus project for 2011 and beyond with more modules to follow. Such events will highlight innovative PrintCity VAPack sample boxes, targeted at brand owners & designers, to show the power of added value packaging techniques & opportunities.

The format for the November 18 PrintCity seminar will be short presentations on these topics, followed by group discussions with the audience. Samples of good practice will be used to generate visitor discussion, knowledge sharing and learning under the umbrella of the PrintCity connection of competence.
