Thursday, September 23, 2010

Press release from the issuing company

Glens Falls, NY - Finch Paper's successful Finch is in the House promotion is underway, this time with more chances to win. Designers have until December 3 to submit 10 samples of projects printed on Finch Paper. On December 6, five creative professionals who participate in the contest will each be awarded an Apple iPad. The winning project will also be highlighted in the inspirational online forum for designers - the Finch is in the House design blog.

Finch is in the House contest submission forms may be downloaded here.

Finch initiated the triple-phase annual contest as a way to educate designers about the varied applications supported by its value-driven uncoated papers. Finch is encouraging creative professionals to share their success using Finch papers for both conventional and digital print projects.

"The caliber of the projects we've received for each phase of the Finch is in the House promotion continues to astound us," says Beth Povie, Marketing Communications Manager at Finch Paper. "It is a great feeling to have the paper come back "home" as transformed works of art. Seeing how designers incorporate uncoated paper characteristics as a design element is exciting. The pieces are very smart, effective and engaging."

See and be seen
In addition to awarding designers with an Apple iPad, Finch Paper is also proud to feature submissions on the Finch is in the House blog. A place to visit for inspiration, this online library highlights the latest projects being printed on Finch's line of trusted, affordable papers.
