They also gained extensive experience in sales and support of pre-press products from the Scitex dealership, which they held for 6 years until 2001. Mr. J. F. Handoko, Managing Director of PT Apecmas, comments: "Our excellent customer relations combined with a good marketing plan will pave the way to penetrate the market with these excellent new products rather quickly. The first project will be to introduce Esko-Graphics products during an open house at our premises in October 2003." "We are excited about this new partnership. For many years, both Barco Graphics and Purup-Eskofot have struggled to find the right partners in the Indonesian market," comments Jean-Pierre De Moor, Esko-Graphics' Managing Director for Asia Pacific. "Dealers need different competencies today than five years ago, such as technical expertise and excellent customer service. Apecmas combines all the qualities a supplier seeks today in a dedicated partner."
