Vision Envelope is sold with help from VR Charlotte

Charlotte, N.C. - VR Mergers & Acquisitions Charlotte has just completed the sales transaction of Vision Envelope, an envelope printing company with headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Established in 1990 by Jimmy King, Vision Envelope specializes in the printing of standard and odd size envelopes, special envelopes with windows and all types of paper. They have developed a strong reputation for quality and service and have expanded into other printed products such as forms, folders, letterhead and business cards.

The new owner of Vision Envelope is Mark Zerona, a former President and CEO of a multimillion-dollar manufacturing company. Zerona brings years of senior leadership, financial and strategic planning experience in the manufacturing industry to Vision Envelope. He will continue to operate under the Vision Envelope name with its exiting staff and operations.
