CMI provides all of the technology, hosts the customer's website and provides all the services to go from document/magazine/catalog creation, the printed document, and then posting the PDF creation on the website.

CMI Publications, Inc. is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform which brings the next-generation digital publishing service that helps clients market and distribute print materials in easy-to-read digital editions via e-mail and the Internet using only a standard Web browser. CMI Publications, Inc. helps publishers provide digital versions of their magazines, catalogs, travel and other collateral. If you want to lower your distribution costs, reach a wider audience and increase advertising revenues, CMI Publications, Inc. can convert your printed magazine into an online magazine, also known as a digital publication or e-magazine.

CMI's production center and branch office PDF workflow network allows its offices in Staten Island, NY and now Edison, NJ, to have direct access to the main production facility in Mechanicsburg, PA and provides a network of linked capabilities to its expanded digital print capabilities.

CMI also provides thermographic (raised letter) printing to complement its expanded digital center, offset, direct mail and variable data capabilities. The acquisition of the Edison Facility adds an array of digital capabilities that includes the New Canon ImagePress 6000 four color press along with the Canon 1110 and four Konica Bizhubs, (this powerful array of systems compliments CMI's current four Konica Minolta Bizhub digital production systems in Mechanicsburg along with two Canon ImagePress 6000's and an 1110). CMI plans on adding additional Konica Minolta's to the New Jersey Facility.  CMI also has the Presstek state-of-the-art digital offset press that uses industry-leading laser imaging and thermal plate technology.

CMI was a pioneer in combining printing with direct mail services that have specialized in personalized direct mail marketing and variable data services combined with two or four color offset and digital printing. In addition, CMI also provides specialized forms printing, fulfillment and postal services.  CMI's motto is: from "Pre-Press to Post Office" we deliver.

CMI operates multiple digital and offset presses and has a full complement of specialized equipment for variable data, inkjet addressing, mailing, sorting, collating, inserting and finishing. CMI then delivers the finished product to the post office or directly to the customer via its own trucks.
