New UV Curable ink scores points at Ad & Sign Show

Press release from the issuing company

San Leandro, CA – INX Digital International officials approached the recent 17th annual Shanghai International Ad & Sign Technology Equipment Exhibition with much optimism as digital printing displays growth globally.  The company previewed the new LED-INX, a UV-Curable pigmented inkjet ink that made a very favorable impression on the large crowd who attended the July7-10 show.

"There is steady growth in UV curable with a surprising advance in LED UV technology.  We are well positioned to supply the Asian Pacific market segment and are in line with our pre-show expectations that UV curable will be an important growth area," said Dennis Ash of INX Digital Asia Pacific.  "The amount of visitors in our booth was larger than previous years with the vast majority coming from China and India.  The quality of Chinese printers continues to improve, so relationships we have established are very important.  This event further proved that UV will be a significant factor in the immediate future."

"We are very encouraged with our results," said Ken Kisner, President of INX Digital International.  "We held a large number of dealer meetings as we strive to increase market share for Triangle in the Asia Pacific.  These meetings with established and new dealers incorporated our new channel program and solidified our global presence.  Everyone is on board with the knowledge that INX Digital in uniquely positioned to supply China and India from our local manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China."

LED-INX is in the development stage and its test results with integrators around the world have to date been very impressive. It includes a series of six acrylate-based UV curable pigmented high density inkjet inks for outdoor use on a wide range of display graphics media, including semi-rigid to rigid surfaces.   With good adhesion and excellent anti-blocking properties and very fast cure speeds, it is intended for jetting through piezo DOD printheads at high temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius.

INX Digital also featured EVOLVE Advanced Digital Solutions with samples of printed applications.  A flat screen monitor promoted the CP100 can printer, the NW100 narrow web press and the MD660 UV flatbed printer, three essential products to help any printer transition from traditional to digital printing.
