Art Fields founder of F.T.S. stated, "Having identified how important the military scholarship program is I felt that it was vital that we have the best possible platform that would allow us to continuously update our progress to all participants and sponsors alike by the addition of this focused website".
 
Not only is this site dedicated to the new Harper Army National Guard Scholarship Fund, it is also dedicated to the Ron & Katherine Harper Scholarship Fund. The website will allow us to highlight both our army student's and regular student's backgrounds and skill set as well as their graduation timeline.
 
Potential employers will be able to not only identify potential future employees through the website, but will be able to interview the students by phone or in person.
