NewlineNoosh introduces advanced functionality for print procurement BPO

Press release from the issuing company

Redwood City, CA. – NewlineNoosh, a leading provider of print procurement software and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, today announced that it has enhanced Noosh, its software-as-a-service technology, to enable its many large print outsourcer partners to better serve their print buying customers. The new functionality gives BPO providers precise control over complex buy/sell transactions and reporting analytics while enabling the flexibility to deploy and administer their own customer and supplier accounts.

NewlineNoosh has introduced breakthrough outsourcing functionality for detailed management of buy and sell side transactions including margin analysis on a transaction by transaction basis.  Developed with extensive input from customers, partners and NewlineNoosh's own BPO operations team, these enhancements dramatically increase efficiencies of buying and selling print by increasing visibility and control of the entire customer request, bidding, order management and invoicing process.  "NewlineNoosh technology is partnering with Workflow One to optimize and improve our sourcing capabilities and increase service to our customers.  Through this partnership, we have the visibility necessary to ensure the best pricing and the most competitive supply base while streamlining the complex print procurement process.  And by integrating NewlineNoosh technology with our supply chain systems, we have improved efficiency and increased the value we deliver to our customers," said Dean Truitt, President and Chief Operating Officer of Workflow One a leading provider of managed print and promotional marketing services.

The new self-service capabilities give print procurement and management providers complete control over deploying NewlineNoosh software for their customers and suppliers, including account, workgroup, and password administration. NewlineNoosh partners can now also configure procurement and collaboration functionality to the specific needs of their customers. "To succeed globally, regional providers like ErgoAsia must be able to work somewhat independently of our technology suppliers. These powerful capabilities give us the control and responsiveness we need to deploy and manage our growing customer base throughout the Asia Pacific region. We are pleased to have provided input to NewlineNoosh throughout the development of this valuable new functionality," stated Eugene Cora, CEO of Ergo Asia, a leading, fast growing, managed services provider and a six year partner of NewlineNoosh that is managing engagements with several global enterprise and government accounts throughout Australia and Asia

"The print procurement BPO market is growing rapidly because of the value delivered by BPO providers to their print buying customers. We are committed to deliver best-of-breed technology to our leading BPO partners that are driving this growth and we are proud of their success," said Ofer Ben-Shachar, CEO of NewlineNoosh.
