INX focuses on systems, water based products at FFTA

Press release from the issuing company

Schaumburg, IL - INX International Ink Co. has a knack for delivering essential products that are well received in the marketplace.  Visitors to the FFTA InfoFlex 2010 Exhibition will find a slew of powerful offerings from INX (booths 613-615) that are performance driven and designed to help printers increase their production time.  The May 3-4 show will be held at the Paris Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

INX will showcase no less than six products, including a flexographic shrink sleeve ink system, a lamination system, a popular line of UV flexo inks and three water based ink products.  Mark Hill, Assistant Director of Research and Development and Vice President of Liquid Technology for INX International, believes the company has the right mix of products that show attendees need and are looking for.

"Our products should grab people's attention for all of their attributes.  The inks have high value and can be used in a wide variety of applications," Hill said.  "These inks are fast drying, clean printing, and have good adhesion to a variety of substrates.  They also are available in vibrant, high strength colors and work on a number of coated and uncoated substrates as well.  Printers looking for solid performance and a return on their investment have good reason to make time and visit our booth to learn more about what we have to offer and how we can help them."

The water based products that join INX' roster of more than 25 water and solvent based inks include HyStar SpH, INXSperse 23 Plus and INXlam Ultra.  HyStar SpH offers the enhanced stability and easy use of the INX SpH system for mid-grade corrugated products.  It's also matched to the latest #10 edition of the GCMI book.  INXSperse 23 Plus is a higher strength dispersion product for maximum density process printing.  Offering faster drying, clean vignettes, open reverses and fewer roll changes, printers also can run a full line of colors with high cell counts.  INXlam Ultra is a water lamination ink designed for a variety of films that runs clean longer and is suitable for 2-part solvent-less adhesives.

INXFlex ITX Free is a popular choice since it handles a wide array of substrates including plastics, paper and foil.  It has very low viscosity and good flow in a UV flexo ink system, and with no plate swelling and good stability on press it produces high density colors for high line screen printing applications. INXFlex ITX Free also can be used for certain shrink sleeve applications.

The ShrinkPac F and Synergy systems should attract a crowd.  ShrinkPac F is a flexo ink system specifically for the heat shrinkable label industry and is used on PETG, PVC and OPS films.  Printers will like its high strength bases for fine line screen printing applications and the fact that it dries fast with low oven temperatures.  Synergy is a lamination system that is ideal for a variety of print films including polypropylene, polyester and nylon.  It also works with solvent based, solvent-free and water based adhesives.
