Wheeling, Ill. – BÖWE BELL + HOWELL (BBH) today announced an expanded production support agreement with GBR Systems to include the company's autoSET line of inserting systems. GBR is an international manufacturer and leader of paper-handling equipment based in Chester, Conn.

"At the request of customers, we are expanding our services portfolio to include the GBR autoSET line," said John Tarascio, president of BBH Services. "We are very pleased to offer support for this well-regarded manufacturer of quality systems."

"Our agreement with BBH builds on the long-standing relationship and excellent experience with their service organization," said Jeff Brewer, vice president and general manager of GBR. "We are confident that our customers will be delighted with the level of service that the BBH team will deliver. Their capabilities truly distinguish BBH in this industry."

This agreement results from customers recognizing the value of combining the autoSET solution with the support capabilities of BBH Services. "BBH is partnering with the industry to provide the best available technology to meet customer needs," said Mark Van Gorp, BBH vice president of business development.

BBH has one of the largest field service organizations in the industry, backed by its award-winning training organization and live 24 x 7 customer care support.
