iPrint and Sprint Launch Innovative Email and Web Marketing Campaign

Menlo Park, CA - iPrint (NASDAQ: IPRT), the leading online print shop and print infrastructure provider located at http://www.iPrint.com, today announced that it has signed a marketing agreement with Sprint Corporation (http://www.Sprint.com), a leading global communications company, to promote marketing and advertising campaigns on each company's Web site, as well as via email and invoice materials. Terms of the one-year, six-figure agreement were not disclosed. Over the next year, iPrint will send its customers more than two million marketing emails prominently displaying Sprint advertising. Through these emails, Sprint will offer iPrint customers the opportunity to receive $50 in free iPrint merchandise if they sign up for Sprint's long distance telephone services. This offer will also be advertised on the home page of www.iPrint.com. "The marketing partnership is another example of how Sprint adds value to our customers by offering products and services that simplify their business needs," said Bernie Amyot, Vice President, NCO Long Distance and Voice Services for Sprint. "With Sprint's customized telecommunications solutions for the home-office and small-business user and iPrint's online print shop technology, this partnership will not only help maximize productivity but add convenience as well." As part of the agreement, Sprint will include iPrint marketing messages on invoices delivered to Sprint's "Home Office" customers. The company will also advertise iPrint special offers on the Home Office section of the Sprint.com Web site. "We're always looking for new and synergistic channels through which we can effectively promote our services," said Cynthia Starr, Vice President of Business Development for iPrint. "Our relationship with Sprint ensures that iPrint will reach a new market-while adding value to Sprint's own marketing ventures." In addition to servicing the printing needs of Home Office businesses, iPrint offers high-volume digital copy services, specialized corporate printing services, and a self-service, online print shop aimed at small- to medium-sized businesses which allows customers to easily design, proof, and order customized business and stationery products, promotional items, and custom-printed business gifts at prices that are up to 50% less than typical print shop rates.
