Marcus Schoen Named New KBA West Coast District Sales Manager

Press release from the issuing company

KBA North America, a leading press manufacturer based in Williston, Vt., is announcing that Marcus Schoen has been named the new KBA West Coast district sales manager serving Southern California, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, and as far east as Las Vegas. Schoen will be based in the Los Angeles region and will work jointly with William (Bill) Silber in the same territory. “Being named the new district sales manager for KBA is a thrill for me,” says Schoen. “It will allow me to continue to work closely with our customers and help them to consult on the best possible press from KBA for their workplace. The position will also allow me to share my knowledge of printing and presses to help our customer and their press operators to increase their productivity.” Schoen was born and raised in Germany where he took his first job 15 years ago with KBA in the factory learning the intricacies of the KBA press line. He moved to southern California 10 years ago with KBA to work as their nation-wide service technician and product manager inspecting recently-installed KBA presses. “We believe that Marcus will be the best person in this region to show customers and prospects our entire line of highly-technological printing presses,” says Ralf Sammeck, KBA North America president and CEO. “He has shown an innate ability to work closely with customers and work as a consultant to help them build their businesses as a partner with KBA.”
