Toronto, Ontario - Prinova Software Inc., a leader in innovative software, document design, development, and delivery solutions, today announced it has entered into a formal marketing alliance agreement with Assentis, a leader in business communications optimization with specialization in the banking and insurance industry. Under the terms of the agreement, Prinova and Assentis will work together to integrate their products and collaborate on sales, marketing and services opportunities worldwide.

Assentis will also offer Prinova's Touchpoint Engineering and Communications Services to the European market enabling them to provide innovative design and cutting-edge touchpoint development solutions. Prinova will be providing implementation services and support for the Assentis:DocFamily software suite in the US and Canada. Both company's software offerings are complimentary and integrate into a powerful communications solution.
