Premier Fulfillment & Processing selects Virtual Systems Mail-Shop to gain efficiencies

Press release from the issuing company

Bellevue WA/Pueblo CO - Premier Fulfillment & Processing, Inc., today announced the acquisition of its newest job management software platform, Mail-Shop software, designed for managing fulfillment, digital print, and mail operations. Mail-Shop is an integrated solution for estimating, work order tracking, billing, postage reconciliation, inventory, and more. Mail-Shop helps to lower costs by better managing a company's workforce and resources.

While many print/mail/fulfillment operations are restricting capital purchases, "tightening their belts," Premier Fulfillment & Processing sees an opportunity to increase efficiencies by installing Virtual Systems Mail-Shop business management software.

Premier Fulfillment & Processing, Inc. owner Jim Woodall said, "My goal is to increase the value and quality of service that my clients receive.  Beyond that, with Mail-Shop, we can reduce costs by creating new efficiencies, and grow margin. This is a win-win for both Premier and its customers."

Chris Huber, President of Virtual Systems, stated, "Jim has been interested in our software for a few years - the timing couldn't be better. With the purchase of Mail-Shop, Premier Fulfillment demonstrates their commitment to offer their clients the highest standards of job management and service quality. We view this engagement as a long-term partnership and we are very excited about this opportunity to grow with our client."
