L2 launches new multichannel campaign series

The Campaign Technology People today announced the launch of the multichannel campaign series 'Climbing the Multichannel Mountain' – a publicly available campaign application that allows marketers and marketing service providers to educate themselves about best practices in multichannel marketing.

Multichannel campaigns involve integrating marketing messages across different mediums to reach a prospect or customer more effectively. For multichannel campaigns to be successful, messaging should be relevant and targeted to engage recipients in a two-way conversation.

The campaign application which runs through to August, 2009, features various on-demand video presentations outlining the three different phases in climbing the multichannel mountain. The topics covered in the video presentations include the multichannel process, how to plan and create effective campaigns, involving sales in the follow-up process, and how to get repeat business.
