Staten Island, NY -- CMI PrintGraphix, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Corporate Media International, Inc. announced that CMI PrintGraphix, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets and the Commercial, State and GPO customers from the Donher Company and Action Fast Print of Edison, New Jersey. CMI will be consolidating some of the equipment and business at the CMI/Carleton production facility in Mechanicsburg, PA. CMI will continue to operate the Edison facility under the CMI and Action Fast Print name and will consolidate some of CMI's sales and administrative staff to the Edison facility.

CMI/Carleton's production center and branch office PDF workflow network allows its offices in Staten Island, NY and now Edison, NJ, to have direct access to the main production facility in Mechanicsburg, PA and provides a network of linked capabilities to its expanded digital print capabilities.

CMI/Carleton also provides thermographic (raised letter) printing to complement its expanded digital center, offset, direct mail and variable data capabilities. The acquisition of the Edison Facility adds an array of digital capabilities that includes the New Cannon Image Press 7000 four color press along with Xerox Nuvera 120 (B/W), Xerox 4110 (B/W), Cannon CLC 4000 (color), this powerful array of systems compliments CMI/Carleton's current four Konica Minolta Bizhub digital production systems. CMI plans on adding additional Konica Minolta's to the New Jersey Facility. CMI/Carleton also has the Prestek state-of-the-art digital offset press that uses industry-leading laser imaging and thermal plate technology.

Carleton was established in 1972 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of CMI PrintGraphix, Inc. Carleton was a pioneer in combining printing with direct mail services that have specialized in personalized direct mail marketing and variable data services combined with two or four color offset and digital printing.
