Rock Star Photography Book Features Neenah Digital Papers

Press release from the issuing company

ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- The Greg Watermann photography book titled "I Photograph Rock Stars" was released on May 7 at the opening of his exhibit at A&I Gallery in Los Angeles. Neenah Paper is pleased to have provided the paper for the book, which features a selection of unique photos taken by Watermann, currently one of the top music photographers in the world.

A&I Photographic & Digital Services digitally printed the 5" x 5" commemorative book on an HP Indigo press. They chose CLASSIC CREST Digital 100 lb. Text and CORONADO SST Digital 130 lb. Cover for the 62-page soft cover perfect bound book. Greg Watermann enthusiastically approved the selection after seeing a trial of the paper.

"The book is a stunning example of how premium digital paper combined with state-of-the-art technology creates a more tactile, high-level experience for the reader. Color reproduction was an important consideration for this project, and the CLASSIC CREST Digital Paper in Solar White delivered the high performance necessary to maintain contrast and brilliance in the images," said Baret Lepejian, owner of A&I Photographic &Digital Services in Los Angeles.

Neenah Paper's Universal Digital Finish is HP Indigo certified, and works on all digital presses. Four brands are available with this finish: CLASSIC CREST Digital, CLASSIC Linen Digital, ENVIRONMENT Digital, and CORONADO SST Digital Papers.

The exhibit the book is based on is sponsored by Neenah Paper and HP, and will be at the A&I Gallery until June 10. The collection of photographs is a walk through the timeline of Watermann's career, ranging from early portraits of Julia Roberts to more recent portraits of Ozzy Osbourne.
