MIAMI, FLORIDA – December 10, 2008 – Printing Industries of America/Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (PIA/GATF) announced today that Franklin Communications has again been recognized as a winner in the Best Workplace in the Americas Awards.  Franklin won in the medium-sized company category of 101-250 employees.  The award recognizes graphic arts companies that exhibit outstanding human relations efforts that contribute to a successful workplace.  Applicants were judged on eight criteria: Management Practices; Work Environment; Training and Development Opportunities; Financial Security; Workplace Health and Safety; Work-Life Balance; Recognition and Rewards; and Health and Wellness Programs.  This is the second time in three years that Franklin as been awarded this honor.
