Press release from the issuing company

manroland (booth #1129) will have plenty to offer PRINT '09 visitors when the six day extravaganza opens Sept. 11 at McCormick Place in manroland's North American home town of Chicago.  Discussions will center around the all new 40-inch ROLAND 700 DirectDrive press, "The Game Changer",    manroland's market-leading large format capabilities, Value-Added Printing solutions, and the highly successful PRINTVALUE program.

PRINTVALUE consists of printservices, printcom, printadvice and printnet, and offers an across-the-board strategy that gives printers the capability to reduce manufacturing costs and increase both performance and production efficiencies.  manroland has debuted a new dedicated page for PRINT '09 on its web site that features these programs and more information.

Visit www.manroland.us.com/Print09/index.html.

The ROLAND 700 DirectDrive press is the highest technology short-run makeready press on the market.  The multi-tasking press offers many game-changing advantages and will be featured in live demonstrations at the company's Print Technology Center in nearby Westmont at 8 am each morning prior to the show.  If you are interested in attending a demonstration, which includes free transportation from your hotel and to McCormick Place before the show begins at 10 am each morning, you can register at manroland's Web site page.
The manroland booth will include special areas devoted to Value-Added Printing solutions and training.  The Value-Added Printing program targets the increased capabilities and performance requirements for printing today so that printers can truly set themselves apart from the competition.  The company will also offer seven different training seminars each hour from 10-4 daily, with topics ranging from ink and fountain solutions to lithography and color management.

For the seventh consecutive year manroland will sponsor Dr. Joe Webb's free annual Industry Forecast on September 14.  The breakfast program begins at 8 am and advance registration is recommended since seating is on a first-come basis.  Register at www.whattheythink.com or by visiting manroland's new PRINT '09 page.
