GPA Introduces New Printable Films Swatchbook

Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, IL (May 13, 2008) – GPA is proud to announce the release of the new Ultra Film printable films swatchbook. This new collection of GPA's films products features the most popular and versatile collection of film substrates on the market today.

Each swatchbook includes a printed sample of GPA's Low-Peel/Repositionable Vinyl, Window Cling Vinyl, Styrene, Ultra Synthetic Paper, Ultra Green Film Tree-Free Paper and Rigid Vinyl. These materials were chosen to showcase the "all stars" of the Ultra Film line. On the back of each sample is a comprehensive product description complete with advantages, limitations and applications to help guide the customer to the right solution for their needs.

New to the Ultra Film family of products is Ultra Green 100% Tree-Free Film, which is composed of inorganic stone and made entirely without the use of water, bleach or toxic chemicals. This new substrate is part of GPA's response to the demand for environmentally conscious options.

Film products continue to open doors to new and unexpected applications, offering possibilities not available with any other material. Additionally, they expand a printer's portfolio of durable and sustainable substrates to meet the needs of demanding applications.

The design and vivid colors highlight the printing capabilities of Ultra Film. This swatchbook was printed offset on a Man Roland 706 press using UV inks and a gloss UV coating.
