PrinterPresence Unveils New Springboard

(November 03, 2008) PrinterPresence, the leading provider of website solutions for the printing industry, unveiled the new Springboard at Graph Expo 2008.

The Springboard provides PrinterPresence clients with simple website administration through user-friendly drag-and-drop content management and quick, easy navigation through search tools and user-based shortcuts. It includes enhanced website Analytics which provides real-time data to PrinterPresence clients regarding the traffic and behavior of their website visitors.

In response to client feedback, the Springboard also provides functional enhancements including the ability to easily replicate customer portals, add captions to photos and build product catalogs.

The Analytics solution will allow printers to follow larger trends in their website traffic by reviewing traffic sources, keyword search terms, most-visited content and visitor activities such as downloads. It will also provide details about individual visitors including time of visit, organization name or IP address and location.

Used in conjunction with promotions and marketing efforts, Analytics will help PrinterPresence clients track any marketing results and determine ROI.
