Press release from the issuing company

IRVINE, CA, September 18 -- MyPrint Corporation today announced that Amy Johnson has joined the organization as Director of Strategic Fulfillment and Direct Mail Services.
Johnson has extensive experience in the print and fulfillment industry having worked for Moore North America, Arasys Technologies and The Garvey Group. She has managed large offset and digital print facilities, fulfillment centers, managed account and client services, direct mail programs and technology implementations.
She will be primarily responsible for scaling MyPrint's fulfillment and digital print production facility across the United States. Recently the company announced that it is expanding its footprint and will soon be opening facilities in three new regions of the country, East, Midwest and Southwest. In addition, Johnson will be responsible for providing senior level assistance to MyPrint's customers utilizing the company's full service direct mail offering.
"Amy Johnson's experience in direct mail will bring significant value to our already strong direct mail capabilities," said Vincent Randazzo, MyPrint's senior vice president of operations. "We are pleased to have an executive with Amy's superb qualifications and experience in the print and fulfillment industry to join the MyPrint team. Her experience is essential to our success given the rapid demand and deployment of our print management software solutions."
"The recent rapid growth and scale of our print-on-demand software division, eTools, and the planned opening of five new fulfillment and digital print production centers across the United States in 2008, has necessitated hiring a senior management executive with Amy's experience and abilities," added Kent Barkouras, CEO of MyPrint Corporation.
eTools, LLC, a wholly owned division of MyPrint Corporation, is a revolutionary online print management and order fulfillment software providing a quick, simple and cost-effective method of ordering, producing, and distributing sales and marketing materials. The software has applications in many industries, with MyPrint initially gaining traction in the restaurant, healthcare and financial/banking industries.
