FORMost Graphic Communications Develops Web-to-Print Solution for Ford Motor Company

Press release from the issuing company

Rockville, MD -- FORMost Graphic Communications, a leading provider of integrated printing and business management solutions, announces that Ford Motor Company has enlisted FORMost to develop customized web-to-print services for Ford dealerships in the Mid-Atlantic region. The solution will be based on VisionPrint, FORMost’s patented suite of web-based print management tools. VisionPrint allows users to create customized print collateral such as brochures and direct mail using an online interface. Mid-Atlantic Ford dealers will be able to log into a secure VisionPrint web portal, where they can modify pre-approved templates with customized images, copy and logos to create highly-targeted materials. The agreement was finalized during a recent meeting between Mid-Atlantic Ford dealers and FORMost representatives Jeff Richards, V.P. of Business Development, and Gary Starkey, Sales Director. Richards said the dealers were excited about the many new marketing opportunities VisionPrint would allow. “VisionPrint puts the power of personalized marketing at the fingertips of every Mid-Atlantic Ford dealer,” said Richards. “Marketing collateral can be geared toward each dealer’s base of customers and prospects with just a few clicks. Dealerships can now create service reminders personalized for current vehicle owners, as well as new inventory announcements, seasonal specials and other items using their own database.” Ford Motor Company’s Commercial Business Manager noted that VisionPrint would also generate cost savings by eliminating the need to print and inventory static marketing collateral, which would often become obsolete before supplies were depleted. “With VisionPrint, dealers will be able to request the materials they want to use when they want them” said the representative. “They will be able to act on opportunities as they arise with fresh materials.”
