Noosh Announces Noosh Direct, Sales Force E-commerce and Data Exchange

GraphExpo Chicago - Noosh, Inc.a leading provider of collaborative, online solutions for enterprise communications, today announced Noosh Direct, Sales Force E-Commerce, and Data Exchange-all designed to increase ease of use and efficiency, and reduce costs to print suppliers, even if their customers are not members of noosh.com. Noosh will preview the specific features of these tools in the Noosh Booth #163, at Graph Expo 2000 in Chicago, September 24-27. NOOSH DIRECT Noosh Direct provides an end-to-end collaborative online print buying process that allows print suppliers to offer a powerful E-commerce solution directly from their own Web sites, and under their own brands. Print buyers can go to their print supplier's Web site to enter specifications, request estimates, and initiate orders online. This new tool allows printers to bring their customers an E-commerce solution and maintain their own identity, while avoiding a costly investment. SALES FORCE E-COMMERCE Sales Force E-Commerce is a single, consistent contact and sales management system that can empower sales and customer service representatives, estimators and others inside an organization to collaborate effectively with each other, as well as with their entire customer base. Sales Force E-Commerce enables print suppliers to provide superior service by managing all customer contact data, job specifications, files, order entries and schedule information in a single on-line database, whether their customers are members of noosh.com or not. A printer's sales force will be able to execute the selling function more effectively, while supported by dynamic cross-enterprise information sharing. DATA EXCHANGE Using the PrintTalkÅ standard, a seamless data exchange with print management systems will allow direct communication between noosh.com and PrintTalk enabled customers' back end systems. Automatic data exchange between noosh.com and print management systems will eliminate duplicate keying of information. PrintTalk is an organization formed to create, implement and gain rapid and consistent adoption of a freely distributed open standard that will be used to directly communicate data between E-commerce applications and business management systems for the graphic arts industry. Noosh is a founding member of PrintTalk and has taken a leadership role in both the technical development and marketing of the standard. Also, the Noosh API was selected as the basis for the PrintTalk standard. Noosh plans to release Noosh Direct, Sales Force E-Commerce and Data Exchange in the first quarter, 2001.
