By working together, Ricoh and FabSoft allow users to create a more streamlined workflow and expand their maximum level of productivity. FabSoft has built a strong relationship with Ricoh by developing nine custom integrations designed for Ricoh's entire line of products over the past seven years. These integrated product offerings include automated document routing, as well as document capture and distribution to any Ricoh device. Scanned documents and print jobs can be intelligently delivered to Ricoh multifunction products (MFPs), fax systems, and DocumentMall and eCabinet solutions. FabSoft enhances and maximizes the utilization of Ricoh devices making the combination an attractive option for any business operation. "Ricoh has a strong relationship with FabSoft that has only grown stronger over the years," said Hede Nonaka, senior vice president, Ricoh Corporation. "Partnering with companies such as FabSoft motivates and encourages Ricoh because together we are able to deliver innovative and effective document management solutions to the business community by leveraging each others areas of expertise." With MOST, users can input document routing information right from the MFP display screen. Additionally, MOST can be built upon and modified, allowing for the development of customized workflows to fit all of an organizations' needs. "Working with Ricoh allows us to provide solutions that are easy for customers to implement since they do not change existing business processes, they enhance them," said Gary Hollfelder, Alliance Manager for FabSoft. "Offering complete document management solutions that incorporate the entire line of Ricoh products enables companies of all different sizes in all different industries to experience a significant return-on-investment." Ricoh's Alliance Program encourages leading hardware and software companies, content management systems integrators and consulting companies to work together with Ricoh to provide innovative and effective hardware, software, digital imaging and content/document management solutions for the business community. The Alliance Program was created for companies whose products and technologies can integrate with and support the competitive stance of Ricoh products and solutions in the marketplace. There are two divisions within the Alliance Program, the Technology Alliance Program and the Strategic Alliance Program. FabSoft is part of the Technology Alliance Program, which is comprised of hardware and third party software companies who specialize in niche solution offerings that complement Ricoh hardware and software technologies. In addition to being a member of Ricoh's Alliance Program, FabSoft is also a Premier Plus member of Ricoh's Developer Program (RiDP). RiDP helps members gain the knowledge and skills needed to interface Ricoh solutions with their customers' systems and applications.
