Baldwin Secures $1.2M Spray Dampening Order From Kobe

SHELTON, Conn.-- Baldwin Technology Company, Inc., a leading international supplier of printing press accessories and controls, announced today that it received an order from the Kobe Newspaper Company in Japan for SD-H spray dampening systems in excess of $1.2 million. The plant manager at the Kobe Newspaper Company said, "Baldwin's SD-H dampening system has an outstanding reputation in the marketplace. The reports we heard from other newspaper printers using the technology confirmed the print quality improvements that can be achieved by using the SD-H to spray fountain solution onto the plate. In addition, we were impressed by the sales support provided by Baldwin Japan throughout the whole process."
