New ROLAND 700 perfector to print for Canterbury Press in Rome, New York

Press release from the issuing company

Canterbury Press in Rome, New York is acquiring a new ROLAND 700 perfector, configured with eight units, to ramp-up the scope of its business. Dale E. Rashford, VP Sales & Marketing, says several factors pointed his company to the 41-inch system: “Canterbury Press has had a good track record in the past with MAN Roland. And from our research, the new ROLAND 700 eight-color press seems to be a logical transitional move, based on its capabilities, features and operating costs.” Rashford sees his clients as the chief beneficiaries of the ROLAND 700’s advantages. “With the newer press, we will be able to deliver jobs quicker for our customers, based on faster makereadies and more impressions per hour,” he notes. “The eight color press will allow us to use the 4/4 perfecting to expand our market penetration by giving us the ability to produce larger print runs more competitively and in a quicker timeframe.” A ROLAND 700 equipped with a variety of inline innovations will be featured in MAN Roland’s Technology Tour at Graph Expo. Printers can reserve their place by visiting manroland.com/graphexpo06.
