Press release from the issuing company

TAMPA, Fla. – August 24, 2006 – AnyDoc Software, Inc., a leading provider of automated document and data capture solutions, announced today that it is reorganizing its corporate structure to position itself for aggressive growth to keep pace with heightened market demand. Founder and CEO Charles W. Jackson, whose entrepreneurial spirit has enabled him to launch two successful software companies, put into motion administrative changes that would free him up to focus on his compelling passion: software research and development. “Change is required to grow,” remarked Jackson, “and I believe these changes will make it possible for AnyDoc to go to the next level in terms of both development and customer care.” In keeping with these changes, Samuel L. Schrage was named president and will oversee all aspects of the company's business operations, including setting its strategic course in the marketplace. “Charles Jackson has grown AnyDoc into an industry standard, renowned for its cutting-edge technology, strong channel and great personnel,” Schrage commented. “I look forward to the challenge of building from that foundation a dynamic, global organization that solves business process problems.” Some of the departmental restructuring includes a new breakdown of divisions, to include research and development, customer care, sales and marketing, administration and international operations. Within these divisions, noteworthy organizational changes include: Merit Greaves to director of development, Terri Krouse to professional services manager, and Ron Rinner to senior technical specialist.
