TAMPA, Fla. – August 24, 2006 – AnyDoc Software, Inc., a leading provider of automated document and data capture solutions, announced today that it is reorganizing its corporate structure to position itself for aggressive growth to keep pace with heightened market demand. Founder and CEO Charles W. Jackson, whose entrepreneurial spirit has enabled him to launch two successful software companies, put into motion administrative changes that would free him up to focus on his compelling passion: software research and development. “Change is required to grow,” remarked Jackson, “and I believe these changes will make it possible for AnyDoc to go to the next level in terms of both development and customer care.” In keeping with these changes, Samuel L.
