Pazazz Acquires 50% Interest in Large Format Company Laminatek

Montreal, October 23, 2007 - Pazazz, a leading independent printing company based in Montreal, announced today the acquisition of a 50% interest in Laminatek, a large format digital printing company also located in Montreal. This latest in a series of strategic acquisitions strengthens Pazazz's status as a unique, full-service, one-stop-shop for printing solutions.
Laminatek specialises in large format print banners, murals and displays, using equipment capable of printing and mounting materials of ultimately unlimited size. Laminatek is also recognised throughout the industry for its expertise in producing portable display units, such as pop-up-displays, single- and double-sided retractable banner stands and brochure stands that are ideal for trade shows and presentations.
