Xitron Announces TotalCare Support Program for Xenith

TotalCare is a comprehensive support program that provides the customer with 3-years of warranty coverage on their Xitron-provided computer platform, interface card (where applicable) and software security devices. In addition, TotalCare includes unlimited telephone and email support for the Xenith workflow and access to Xitron's Answer Book, a 24 x 7 online resource, providing answers to the most commonly asked technical questions. “Xitron is constantly evaluating programs that will provide the greatest value to our customers,” stated Bret A. Farrah, Xitron's Vice President, Support Services. “By including TotalCare in our Xenith bundles, our customers know that we will be there to help for three full years beyond the initial installation.” The full compliment of TotalCare features include: - Telephone and hardware support on the computer platform and computer operating system including next business day replacement parts directly from the computer platform manufacturer or their designee - Unlimited email and telephone software support from Xitron Support Specialists including remote diagnostics - Priority response from Xitron Support Specialists - Access to Xitron's Answer Book providing 24 x 7 answers to commonly asked application issues - Free maintenance upgrades and discounts on major upgrades including discounts on Web-based installation by Xitron Support Specialists - Extended warranty coverage on Xitron interface hardware (where applicable) and software security device(s). - Discounts on onsite training by Xitron for new or additional operators - Complimentary admission to Xitron advanced application training courses for up to two operators per year Xenith 4PDF and Xenith Extreme bundled installation offerings have been upgraded to include TotalCare support for all new sales. The incremental cost of the 3-year TotalCare program represents a 50% discount off the cost if the support was purchased after the sale on an annual basis. In addition, users are protected for three years against any cost increases that may occur during this time for the support program. Existing Xenith 4PDF and Xenith Extreme bundle customers who have purchased a new system within the past twelve months will be offered the ability to upgrade to TotalCare at the same rate as a new user through September 30, 2006.
