Innerworkings, Inc. Files Registration Statement For Initial Public Offering

Chicago, IL May 10, 2006 - InnerWorkings, Inc., a leading provider of print procurement solutions to corporate clients in the United States, announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. InnerWorkings and certain of its stockholders are expected to sell the shares to be offered. The managing underwriter and book-running manager of the offering will be Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated. Jefferies Broadview, Piper Jaffray and William Blair & Company will serve as co-managers.
